Her work centers on helping clients explore the deeper emotional patterns and relational experiences that shape how they think, feel, and connect with others. Vicki views the therapeutic relationship as a vital part of the healing process—a safe, collaborative space where clients can examine longstanding patterns, gain new perspectives, and experience more authentic ways of relating. She is deeply committed to meeting each client where they are and supporting them in building the insight, skills, and confidence needed to lead more fulfilling lives. Together, Vicki and her clients work to understand the roots of current challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and issues with self-esteem or identity. Through insight-oriented exploration and an attuned therapeutic partnership, she helps clients cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and a stronger sense of self—laying the foundation for lasting growth and well-being through effective mental health services.
