Vicki is a licensed clinical social worker who offers a psychodynamic and relational approach that fosters reflection, self-discovery, and meaningful change. Her work centers on helping clients explore the deeper emotional patterns and relational experiences that shape how they think, feel, and connect with others. Vicki views the therapeutic relationship as a vital part of the healing process—a safe, collaborative space where clients can examine longstanding patterns, gain new perspectives, and experience more authentic ways of relating. She is deeply committed to meeting each client where they are and supporting them in building the insight, skills, and confidence needed to lead more fulfilling lives. Together, Vicki and her clients work to understand the roots of current challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and issues with self-esteem or identity. Through insight-oriented exploration and an attuned therapeutic partnership, she helps clients cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and a stronger sense of self—laying the foundation for lasting growth and well-being.

Barbara is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a degree from Fordham University and over 17 years of experience supporting adults, families, and children. With a strong background in healthcare and more than 30 years in customer service and community engagement, Barbara brings a warm, compassionate, and practical approach to therapy. She specializes in working with adults and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Barbara also has extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
In her practice, Barbara integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and creative modalities—including the use of art as a powerful tool for self-expression, emotional processing, and managing conflict when addressing difficult questions. She creates a supportive environment that encourages individuals and families to explore feelings, build communication skills, and develop effective coping strategies. Clients value her empathetic, approachable style and her commitment to helping people build resilience, strengthen relationships, and navigate life with practical tools and confidence.
